Moving any commodity, whether grain, fertilizer, or seed, requires efficient economical equipment. DeJong has developed a field loader to fit easily under trucks or rail cars to transport material form one place to another. It combines mobility, versatility and durability in one machine.

Field loaders are built in two different sizes, a standard 13 ft 6” discharge height, and a 15 ft discharge height. The fixed angle conveyor uses an 18 or 25 hp engine to carry its load.  Its hydraulically driven belt is variable speed.  

Other advantages of the machine include its heavy duty construction frame of 6” channel, its lower profile engine mount for easy service and safe operation, and fenders for safe highway towing.

Options available for the machine include the different discharge heights, drive-over ramps which add to the machine’s versatility, work lights and a top or lower-mounted engine.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                               Compost Conveyors

DeJong Products fabricates specialty conveyors including a conveyor for compost.  The conveyor equipped with a special beater and hydraulic driven belt cleaner. DPI compost conveyors are sturdy, economical and can be equipped to be self-propelled.
